I read up that this could possibly be caused by a faulty or stuck blend door actuator but i ve read conflicting posts on where this actuator could be located.

Sorry to pop in here just to clarify this is the driver side temperature actuator and the easiest out of 4 actuators. Driver side actuator for blend door is electric servo controlled.
